I never went home when I was born. That’s when the wanderlust started!
I spent my infancy with my aunt in the rural provinces of the Philippines. I finally did go home and then when I was 6 we moved to Papua New Guinea to live in the capital city of Port Moresby.
Oh blissfull was I. Growing up on an island leads you to have a hyperactive imagination. I would beg all my friend’s parents to let me have their travel magazines. I remember… reading them…closing my eyes and imagining what it must be like to explore all the sights my glossy pages hinted at me.
Today, I work in hospitality. Been doing this for 15 or so years. It’s kinda fun to travel for work and all.
I have a passion for travel. It’s not the “being in a different place” that excites me. It’s the… seeing with fresh eyes.. that makes my toes tingle.
When I’m not traveling I’m exploring San Diego. I live in America’s Finest City and it’s fun to explore it every day.
In between my life of exploring… I daydream about my next adventure.
This website is a collection of all the place’s I’ve seen, in person and in my heart. And my home town… where my love, where my heart delights.
I use a little point and shoot Canon – had it for years and love it. Recently (Oct. 2010) went “big” and got the (entry level) Canon DSLR Rebel. I consider myself more of a shutterbug than a photographer. I just love to capture what my eyes see and share that with you.
