The week after the Chestnut Festival we found ourselves in Soriano nel Cimino.  A medieval hill town about 2 hours from Rome.  It took us two trains, a bus ride, and a hike to get here. The local farmers gathered during the weekend and showed off their wares.  Cheese.  Meat.  Wine.  Yum.
